Food vendors are welcome (no food trucks). All vendors must provide their own setup, including tent and tables.

Vendor fees vary based on category and placement and will be shared upon approval.

Vendor spots are limited and filled on a rolling basis. Approved vendors must complete payment by June 1.

  • Team check-in begins at 7:00 AM. A brief captain meeting will take place before the first games begin at 8:00 AM

  • Teams that are confirmed not present at their scheduled game time may forfeit the match and their registration fees.

  • Team captains must complete the online registration form and submit the $20 team deposit to reserve a spot in the tournament.

  • No. The $20 deposit reserves your team’s place in the tournament. The remaining player fees will be collected before the tournament begins.

  • Is the registration deposit refundable?

    Yes. The deposit reserves your team’s spot in the tournament and will be refunded should your team be unable to play on game day.

  • Teams may register up to a maximum of 10 players.

  • No. The team captain registers the team. Player information and waivers will be collected before the tournament begins.

  • Teams are confirmed once the registration deposit is received.

  • Registration will close once the tournament reaches capacity.

  • Yes. Teams may finalize their roster before the tournament begins as long as the roster does not exceed the maximum player limit.cription
